Iron and manganese minerals which are precipitated between mineral layers, are removed by automatically backwashed. Automation of these filters is generally provided with Fleck, Clack, RUNXIN etc. Automation valves and PLC electric systems are used as an alternative at high flow rates.<\/p>\n
